Delivery and returns

Our e-shop will be closed from August 2nd to August 18th. 

Orders placed after Wednesday, 7/31 at 11:00 AM will not be guaranteed to ship out before our closure on 8/2. Questions? Feel free to get in touch with us at 04 48 71 00 23.

For orders placed from 19 July to 18 August, returns will be extended.

Colissimo signature on delivery - Metropolitan France (excluding DOM TOM) from 2 to 5 days. 7€, free from 335€.

Delivery to a pick up point - Metropolitan France (excluding DOM TOM) from 2 to 5 days. Free.

DHL signature on delivery 24/48h - Metropolitan France (excluding DOM TOM). from Monday to Friday. €10 free from €360.

EUROPE:

Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, Netherlands:

Colissimo signature on delivery. From 3 to 5 days. 9€.

DHL signature on delivery 24/48h. From Monday to Friday. 15€.

 

Spain, Italy, Austria, Portugal, Ireland, Denmark:

Colissimo signature on delivery. From 3 to 6 days. 10€.

DHL signature on delivery 24/48h. From Monday to Friday. 16€.

 

Finland, Greece, Sweden:

DHL signature on delivery 24/48h. From Monday to Friday. 20€.

 

Hungary, Czech Republic, Croatia, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia:

Order preparation

The order is prepared and sent to the customer after receipt of payment.

The order preparation times can vary from 2 to 5 days (period of high demand). 

The above times are indicative; GIGI CLOZEAU nevertheless undertakes to make its best efforts to deliver the Products ordered as soon as possible.

We invite you to consult our T&Cs for complete information.

 

Return of Products and Exchanges

Returns are free only for France within 14 days of receipt of the order and within the limit of one return per order.

You can make an exchange if you wish.

Return packages are your responsibility. The return label that will be sent to you is without insurance, if you wish to choose the insurance option, you must use your own label purchased from your carrier.

"Custom" items orders are made exclusively for the customer, when placing the order the customer is informed that returns are not possible for custom products. 

How to make a return

On the website in the section my account / my orders, click on return or exchange. For an exchange, fill in the Comment field specifying thee jewel desired for the exchange: model, color, type of gold and size.

Upon receipt of your request we will send you your return label.

You can then edit and print your return form. Returns are processed within fourteen (14) days of receipt of your order.

In the event of a return, the Customer must return the Products ordered, in their packaging and in perfect condition, to GIGI CLOZEAU, without undue delay and, at the latest, within fourteen (14) days following the day of communication of its decision to withdraw.

The Customer's liability may be engaged in the event of depreciation of the Products and the impossibility of resale in the state resulting in particular from abnormal and excessive handling, or return of the Product in packaging of insufficient quality to ensure its protection.

In any case, the Customer is invited to contact GIGI CLOZEAU at the contact details referred to in article 2 above for any questions and/or additional clarifications concerning the Products.
